ACANA Freshwater Fish Blend is a grain-free dry dog food built on rainbow trout, catfish, and catfish meal, with freshwater drum, pollock meal, mackerel meal, catfish oil, and fish oil supplying additional protein and long-chain omega-3 fats. Whole red lentils, pinto beans, green peas, green lentils, chickpeas, and yellow peas form the carbohydrate base instead of grains or potatoes. Botanicals such as dried kelp, pumpkin, collard greens, apples, pears, chicory root, turmeric, and rose hips round out the formula. It is formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles for all life stages including growth of large-size dogs and delivers 3475 kcal/kg.
